All orders are shipped with tracking number. We also ship internationally to all countries.

Duration of Shipment to Arrive (Maximum Time Frame)

Philippines/Thailand/Brunei/Saudi Arabia/UAE/Singapore & other Asia countries = 8-12 working days.
United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia/New Zealand & other countries = 12-15 working days.
 
All shipments include tracking number.
 

ORDER TRACKING:

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Our distribution facility's business days are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (EST) excluding Asia holidays and other specific days we may announce.
  • For your protection, please fill up the exact address that you want your order shipped to. This will avoid any irregularities.
  • In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care representative has contacted you to amend the order.
  • On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, pandemic & etc.) may produce shipping delays.

Our Return Policy

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be submitted to our Customer Care Department within two (2) business days after delivery. You must notify our Customer Care Department by e-mail and keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim at hand (even if they are broken). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after two (2) business days.

NOTE: Return authorization is required. Email us at inquiry@wesellanything.co prior to shipping your package back.
We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.
